Problem autentification at WP admin with Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk

    I just installed Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk, it recognized me as admin and when I reconnected to my WP Admin, I could not login, it asked me to re-enter a new password, and it sends me an identification code by e-mail, that I enter the interface of connection but it does not connect me to WP admin, it runs in a loop … after a few subtle tries, it tells me that I’m going to be banned. I would like to know how to get to connect to my WP admin. I would like to know if you can unlock, the lock made on my admin access so that I can reconnect again. I had wordfence that did not ask me a connection problem, I changed by trying to try a defense plugin because for a week I suffered incessant attacks of brute force on my site. Now I do not know what’s happening for my site and I’m stuck outside, I do not know if it’s because of the double security of this plugin that I have problems or if it’s because I can to be hacked.

    Hello @ckara0009,

    Looks like something wrong with WordPress backend, because generally Security by CleanTalk doesn’t loop access to WordPress console.

    Let’s fix the access, please follow,
    1. Remove (trought FTP or Hosting panel) the plugin directoy WP_ROOT/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall.
    2. Try to login again,

    I ‘m so happy, I succeeded to fixe the login problem to following your recommandation.
    I hope,I will not going to have another problem with worldfense for my login at WP admin.
