    Hi

I’m using the UpdraftPlus WP plugin successfully with a number of sites linking to Dropbox (all sites on the same server and to the same Dropbox account). I’ve added a new site, but receive this error after trying to authenticate with Dropbox.

Dropbox error: Error in call to API function "users/get_current_account": Must provide HTTP header "Authorization" or URL parameter "authorization". (400)

Any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks ??

    Hi,

What version of UpdraftPlus is currently installed on the site?

I have the same problem, but only in one website

    V 1.13.2 installed today

I have the same problem – dropbox pro 2.13.2.21 just installed on a new site.

Success: you have authenticated your Dropbox account (though part of the returned information was not as expected – your mileage may vary.)
Dropbox error: Error in call to API function “users/get_current_account”: Must provide HTTP header “Authorization” or URL parameter “authorization”. (400)

and if I try to de-authenticate:
Dropbox/Curl error: Error in call to API function “auth/token/revoke”: Must provide HTTP header “Authorization” or URL parameter “authorization”. (Dropbox_BadRequestException) (line: 216, file: /home/saltspri/domains/tctcpreprod.saltspringonlineservices.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/Dropbox2/OAuth/Consumer/Curl.php)

I, too, can confirm this issue on a freshly installed WordPress site (latest) and using version 2.13.2.21 of the UpDraft plugin.

    Hi,

Apologies. Please update to the just-released version 1.13.3 (free users) and 2.13.3 (paid users), which fixes this issue (via reverting a change in the latest release).
