Problem blocking my site loading

did you enable object cache and it shows connection test failed ?

for second issue , it’s due to you enabled Add missing size and your site has external image , when try to get external image, it hits timeout , add add_filter( "litespeed_media_ignore_remote_missing_sizes", "__return_true" ); to your theme’s functions.php to bypass external images
