    My client is faced with a problem that his clients cannot pay by card because I cannot enter the name of the card holder, these fields are simply not present in your plugin and are not taken automatically from the checkout form. Although logically they may differ and then the payment will not go through.

    When we try to pay by card we get this error. But the names or fields are standard for woocomers Cardholder name must be at least two words

    Hi Alex,

    Thank you for reaching out. Our plugin takes as cardholder name the fields from First and Last name. However if you have modified the standard checkout process, it can be that something might have broken. Also, if the customer does not use latin characters or there is a conflict with another plugin or your store’s theme, this will also lead to the error you mentioned.

    You can however enable the cardholder name field of our plugin which should solve your issue. You can do this from our plugin settings -> credit/debits tab -> Cardholder’s Name Field -> check enable

    Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App

    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    Hello.

    We are having the same issue when users are trying to pay, it states:

    Customer attempted to pay, but the payment failed or got declined. (Error: Cardholder name must be at least two words)

    I have downloaded the Revolut for business app, but don’t have the chat support option on screen.

    Can you please assist?
