Problem closing ticket

    I’m having a problem: only administrators are able to close the ticket; the team members are not able to close it.

    Previously, when these team members responded to the ticket and marked it to close in their response, the ticket would be closed. However, this is no longer happening.

    Hi,

    Make sure all addons are upto dated.

    Admin > Help Desk > Addons Status

    Please check the system errors

    Admin > Help Desk > (Admin left menu) > System Errors
