    I have connected my website to the pinterest business account I have but on the website it shows like the screenshot where it says no business account found. I am not able to use Pinterest for Woocommerce for the same reason. I need a very fast fix for the problem, please help me.

    I understand you’re facing an issue where your website isn’t recognizing your Pinterest business account, preventing you from using Pinterest for WooCommerce.

    Could you clarify what you mean by “I have connected my website to the Pinterest business account”? Based on your screenshot, it appears the connection isn’t active.

    Please also ensure your Pinterest account is indeed set up as a Business account.

    Hello sorry for the late reply.

    The problem persists.

    The main problem is where the plugin doesn’t recognize that my Pinterest account is indeed a Business account (https://prnt.sc/vo1_6D3eoYtW, https://prnt.sc/PGbZ-s7dnjpj,). I tried going to Pinterest and it is a business account and it also has a billing Ad account within it (https://prnt.sc/T0utDaJJldgg, https://prnt.sc/K9yWBsLXyS1P).

    Just to clarify, did you recently convert your personal account to a business account, and the issue started after that? Or was the Pinterest account already a business account when you linked it?

    Additionally, have you tried disconnecting your linked Pinterest account from the plugin and reconnecting it to see if that resolves the issue?

    It was a business account to begin with and also, I tried disconnecting and connecting, tried in incognito window as well. Nothing seemed to work ??

    I understand that your Pinterest account is a business account since the beginning.
    <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>How did you determine that it was a business account??Other screenshots?show “Personal Account”.</span>

    After looking at this screenshot, I noticed that the message says “Your account has been disapproved”.
    This means there are some issues with your Pinterest account.

    Could you log in to your Pinterest account and navigate to Account settings?
    Then share a screenshot of the page where you see Account Type as Business.

    Hello, both the screenshots you’ve referenced is from the WordPress plug-in while I had attached a screenshot from Pinterest saying it is a business account (https://prnt.sc/T0utDaJJldgg). It is only the plug-in that says it is not a business account.

    Sorry, I just figured out the issue. The business account is active and running but merchant features are not activated yet by Pinterest because the domain is younger than 9 months. Thank you for the support.

    I searched Pinterest community forum and found that a domain must be registered for at least 13 months.
