After upgrading Sendinblue plugin interface have changed totally, it is OK, but when trying to connect to my Woocmmerce account the page shows 3 fields, URL, consumerKey
& consumer secret, and the fields automatically are filled…

When I clic on ACTIVATE I get the next error: A problem has been detected, please try it again.

The system fill the fields automatically with my data from Woocommerce API REST so I don’t understand where the problem is…

@tamas1989 Since the plugin has been updated, the settings page has also been relocated: WooCommerce > Sendinblue > Connect your account.

All new settings are explained on the following page.

    Regarding the error Message,
which is displayed by the WP-Mail SMTP Plugin.

Both plugin (Sendinblue and WP-Mail SMTP) overwrite the default mail function wp_mail() of WordPress. This mean that all mails generated are sent through the newly added Mail Plugin(s).

If this function is “occupied” by multiple plugins, you can expect conflicts.
This does not apply only to Sendinblue or WP-Mail SMTP, but by all plugins overwriting wp_mail().

You should either use Sendinblue or WP-Mail SMTP for your WordPress mails,
    but not both at once.

We and WP-Mail SMTP created some articles/guides regarding this topic:
    https://www.sendinblue.com/blog/wp-mail-smtp/
    https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-sendinblue-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/

    Best regards,

@enzosendinblue thanks for the reply. This allowed me to make the connection finally. The screen in the wordpress plugin still asks me to connect my account? Is this expected or should the screen change to allow me to access settings?

@davemajormusic Yes, in order to use the plugin, you need to connect it to a Sendinblue account. Once the connection is established, you can access the settings.

@enzosendinblue sorry I should have been clearer. I have connected my account and the integration shows up in my SIB account but I am still being prompted to connect my account in the wordpress/woocommerce dashboard even though I have already done so.

If I click on the connect account button then I get the same error I was getting. I can resolve this by deleting the integration and then I can reconnect fine but the dashboard still shows the same problem. PLease see the images in the links.

I’ve been having a problem with this plugin for weeks now and I do have an open support ticket but it takes days to get a reply

Hi @davemajormusic, please whitelist our IPs to make the connexion work :
    185.107.232.0/24
    1.179.112.0/20

You can do it through your webprovider.

If that doesn’t work, please let me know.

    Best Regards,

    Alexis

@alexisbienayme got the addresses added fine and like I said above have made the connection but my dashboard still asks me to make the connection and doesn’t show the correct screens

It’s a misunderstanding. I don’t want to use sendiblue to send mail via smtp, only for those who sign up for newsletter.
Before the update it worked fine, after it it doesn’t work anymore. I have to look for something else. A good day

@davemajormusic, could you please open a ticket on https://account.sendinblue.com/support ? We will look at this closely.

@tamas1989, As for now there is an issue related to multiples SMTP relay. It will be fixed very soon, and you might be able to use our plugin, and use another SMTP once again.

    Best Regards,

    Sendinblue

    Ok Super Thank’s.
NO ONE from support has forwarded this, until now.
    I will wait.

@alexisbienayme I already have an open ticket (#3257616) but it’s taken 3 weeks for me to get anywhere and this support seems quicker.

    Thanks

How can I get rid of this warning message?

    (@alexisbienayme)

    Hi @tamas1989,

    Apologies for the late answer.

You are using two SMTP relays at the same time on your website, and it creates a conflict.
You’ll need to either deactivate the SMTP relay through WP Mail SMTP or your Sendinblue plugin.

    Best Regards,

    Alexis
