Problem creating a new donor in donations

    I need to change the donor info for an offline donation. I tried to edit the donation and create a new donor. I can add new donor info, but when I save the donation, it doesn’t reflect the new donor info. In fact, the new donor info does’t show up in my donor list at all.

    Am I doing something wrong?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I figured it out. The email address I was trying to use for a new donor was accidentally added to an existing donor’s profile as an alternate email. Since it was already associated with a donor in the system, it wouldn’t allow me to create a new donor with it.
