    Hello,

On my form: https://wood-art-resin.com/contact/, when I receive the contact request email, my 1st Last Name / First Name field is not called Last Name / First Name, it’s called Text. However, when editing the Text field, on the Last Name line, I’ve filled in Last Name-First Name and it continues to display Text.

However, on the selection field for numbers 1-2-3… a little further down the form, I entered table-pietement-number on the Name line and yet in the email, it displayed the title table-pietement-number.

    Why did this happen?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for contacting us. Make sure you are using a unique name for each field (video). It should appear what Label Name and Value is inserted in the form field.

Check that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor and MetForm plugins.

Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

Try with different email address like Gmail instead of your present email and see if the issue persists.

    Regards

    Arif

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I had already set a unique name for each field before contacting you.

Elementor and Metform are up to date.

    I’ve also cleared the cache.

I’ve followed all your recommendations, but the problem persists.

    Here’s a screenshot of the e-mail I received: https://snipboard.io/M1TS3K.jpg.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @alexisfontana74,

Thanks for sharing the update with the screenshot. I’ve got your point now. If you turn off the label, it will show the default input type only. I would request to use the label enabling. It will solve your issue. In the meantime, I will discuss the matter with our Development team if there is any way to improve the UX.

    Regards

    Arif

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I found that by changing the wording for each field and hiding it, I was able to get the correct wording in the email.

    Thanks for your help.

    Best regards,
