For quite some time now I have had a problem with the display of Elementor. When creating a page, the Elementor selection is displayed on the left as usual. All text displays are normal. Only the graphics have been completely replaced by a combination of letters and numbers. For example: EB17 (inner section) or EB91 (for the text editor) or EB12 (button). Is there a way to fix this?
I am using WordPress 5.0, Theme: Sparkling

    Thanks for your help.

  • That’s pretty odd. Have you tried the normal troubleshooting tips, such as?

    1. Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, Elementor Pro (if you are using that), WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.

    2. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    3. Clear all cache (server, plugin, and browser). And make sure the same problem occurs in other browsers and in incognito mode.

    4. Temporarily disable any browser extensions or ad blockers, as well as any security software to see if one of those are causing the problem.

I would also recommend looking at the solutions on https://docs.elementor.com/article/184-cant-edit-with-elementor even though your problem is different, simply because some of those solutions might also apply to your issue.
