    see this: https://www.toevolution.net/category/guides

I discovered this error by accident, I don’t know what happened

Ok, @abdulazizsobh. What seems to be the problem on that page? Everything looks correct to me. ??

It is an archive of the “guides” category and displays all posts assigned to that.

    Thanks.

Why do these threads appear like this? I shared a picture
Have you checked out some of the topics in this section
Can you give me a screenshot of your article format?

Ah, you should’ve mentioned that it is inside the article. ?? That’s another story altogether.

Regarding the issue, as far as I can see this might come from some kind of plugin or third party code that you have added. It seems to change the article format completely and does not adhere to WordPress’ standards.

What editor was used to create these articles? It doesn’t look like the standard Gutenberg editor.

    Thanks.

    He’s the regular editor
I also activated this add-on, but come on, it may change the shape of the thumbnail

I also disabled it temporarily but same problem
Also, I use images from an external source, imgur
Also I have noticed that this problem in some articles and others not

    Hello @abdulazizsobh

Indeed, that is the old editor which is sadly, not supported under Blocksy. The classic editor is legacy technology which is slowly phased out and integrating legacy code into our product is a no go.

My recommendation would be to switch to a more widely supported and most importantly, modern editor, such as Gutenberg or Elementor. These have full support from the WordPress community.

Also, it would be recommended to provide the full story of a problem whenever you have trouble, as it is really hard to guess what’s happening with all the missing information and cropped screenshots taken out of context. We’re trying to help as much as possible, but it is very hard when we don’t have all the constants of an issue.

    Thank you!

What points do you want exactly

    Hello @abdulazizsobh

I’ve already given you the solution. No need for extra information anymore.

The classic editor is simply not supported under Blocksy, as it is legacy technology. Switching to a more modern editor will yield you more consistent results.

    Thanks.

Well, I canceled the old editor and relied on the built-in editor in WordPress
I found out that after uninstalling the old editor I had to edit the problematic articles in order for them to work properly

    Hello @abdulazizsobh

Yes, the articles might need a little “migration” in order for them to look the part. That’s a perfectly normal process, I’m afraid, as the system is completely different behind the scenes.

    Thanks.
