Problem displaying unit toman

Hi,

Which currency you have chosen at plugin setting page? Does it “Iranian Rial” ?

It would be good if you can provide some rough screenshot? so I can take a look at it and try to understand the scenario.

but toman is a zero less than the rial
for example:
3000 RIAL = 300 TOMAN
when i set in rial work fine
but when i set toman it most show a zero less than the rial

Thanks for your response. I have checked EDD currency setting and it has a currency listed “Iranian Rial”. Please see below screenshot

So what you can do here, you can make a note at site like “Our price are listed in Iranian Rial” like all other sites do.

For example if person choose dollar then there may be various options like “Australian Dollar”, “US Dollar”, “Canadian Dollar” and etc. So you can make a note to site simply like “All prices are in US dollars”

I hope you will get my point.

You do not understand me correctly
Both rial and toman are for Iran
But people do not use the Rials and use TOMAN
That’s why we put the currency TOMAN
And the EDD extension does not display TOMAN correctly

Iran’s currency are Rial and Toman both. Toman is the greater currency. Difference is one less zero. Meaning Toman has one zero less. Example 30000 Rls is same as 3000 Toman. When showing the price in my site it shows one zero extra when the cuurency is set on Toman. your mistake is that you show the same number for both rials and toman, where as mentioned before you should eliminate one zero from the rial currency.

I understand the currency conversation. My doubt is EDD supports only Iranian Rial currency so you have selected “Iranian Rial” from EDD currency setting right?

For example you have product A with price 30000 RLS (Iranian Rial).

EDD display product price 30000 at front. Now are you using any plugin / add-on for currency converter? OR you want price in toman although you have chosen “Iranian Rial” from EDD currency settings?

I am using the latest version of EDD. Which version of EDD are you using? Are you using any extension for this?

Just for reference, if you have “Toman” currency listed in dropdown it means EDD will simply show the product actual amount. It will not do any conversation. It works as you have added product price in Toman.

If you have chosen “Iranian Rial” means it works as you have added product price in Iranian Rial.
