Problem down list russian!

    Hi,

    your database table columns are not UTF8 by default.
    Please use phpmyadmin and edit the table #__facileforms_elements
    There change the columns to utf8_general_ci

    It’s not working. I change that table first and nothing happens. Later i change all the DB to utf8_general_ci and was the same. Then i delete the down list and rebuild it. Same problem. Any alternatives ?
