    Hi,
Since I updated to the latest version, if I create a gallery with images I can’t drag & drop the images to re-order them !
    Any clues ??!!

Yes, this problem is related to the core Media Manager functionality drag and drop problem which was detected by numerous users of WordPress.
    This bug is already detected:
We’re working on a solution for our gallery and core WordPress team also looking for a solution. https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/54902
Also, we’re working on a few alternative solutions for gallery images management.
The first option it’s a drag and drop image sorting for a media manager widget in gallery settings. Where right now you can see a preview of the uploaded, gallery images.
In this case, if we’ll not be able to fix the core media manager we’ll release such functionality for the images widget next week.
Also, we’re working on an absolutely new media management solution for Robo gallery with multi-line edit, and lots of different additional options.
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. We’re working hard on a solution for our gallery.

Hallo, I have the same problem with Gutenberg blocks and the gallery. Hope the same solution will works for me.
    Have a nice day!

I have the same issue. I hope for a fast solution.

The same problem here. When it’s gonna be fixed?

Posted this in the other thread as well. When you first click on the gallery window that brings up the screen of your images to reorder, make sure you don’t select an image (no blue selection border around the image), and left click and hold at the top of the image border. This should let you reorder the images through drag and drop.

Today or tomorrow we’re planning the release with the fix of some critical issues related to PHP7.1 and PHP7.4, conflict with gallery options fields, and the most important it’s gallery this images sorting problem.
We really appreciate your patience. Thank you so much!

@potatopizza, Thank you! I have tried this but it does’n work completely. I can hold the image but the other images not always move to make the place free. And when I lose the image it come again to the original place. Do you understand what I mean? Am I doing something wrong?

@robosoft, Can you said something about the fix? Is already done?

    Greetings, Maria

If the problem still exists after the latest gallery upgrade please try to clean the gallery cache and check results.

It works! Thank you very much!
