problem during upgrade to lastest WP (I get only fatal error)

    I was upgrading from 2.9 or 2.8.6 to 2.9.1 Everythink was normal, I have upgraded wordpres many times before.. But now, when all data is placed on FTP a just get only error line
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_admin() in /hosting/www/dcblog.cz/www/wp-includes/vars.php on line 16
    I just really don’t now what to do. Any ideas?
