    First of all, I have to say that the latest update is terrible! It messes a lot of things up on my website with regards to User Roles. It creates duplicating roles from the existing ones and some of the members have 2 roles with the same name.

    Secondly, the Settings page is a joke. Previously, it did not reload the page whenever I clicked on an option (General, Access, Email etc.), but it does now (waste of time and resource!). I cannot edit the existing non-HTML email template. What it shows in the editor now is the default HTML template, which I don’t want to use at all. There’s no way to edit the old template.

    Please kindly bring back the old Setting page, or improve the current one. Thanks for reading

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issue. Can you please contact us via our site:?https://ultimatemember.com/contact/sales/?so we can add this to our helpdesk system and help you with this issue.

    Regarding the settings page. We previously used the redux framework for settings but this caused conflicts with other sites and slowed down the plugin. We now use a native settings system which is the same as used by top plugins such as WooCommerce.

    So whilst I agree not having to reload the settings page would be nicer experience, it is important for us to use the native standard for settings to reduce issues and improve speed of plugin as a whole.

    Thanks

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    With regards to Settings page, can you do something like the Download Monitor plugin Setting page? It has tabs too, but doesn’t reload when switching between them.

    I have sent inquiry on the main website about the editing email template and user roles error.

    @jkiller295 Will check out this plugin’s settings page. Thanks for the recommendation.

    @calumallison
    $body_attrs = apply_filters( 'um_email_template_body_attrs', 'style="background: #f2f2f2;-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;-moz-osx-font-smoothing: grayscale;"', $slug, $args );

    Can you make this option available for user? I’m sure not everybody wants a light gray background for their emails.

    With regards to live form preview, how am I supposed to preview it if I keep getting this message “You are already registered” ?
