Problem exporting Persian language

  • Hello there
    I’m trying to export my orders which contain product names in Persian language, but the output is not readable. Here’s a sample export row:

    Order ID Customer Name Product Name Product Quantity Order Amount
    2143 ù…???a?¨?? ú??±??ù…?? ?￠?¨ú??′ ?3?§???2 2 1 5,000???aù?ù…?§ù?

    1. Have you checked “Fix weird characters” option under advanced settings and saved the setting?

    2. Could you please let me know in which editor you are currently viewing the file? Can you please try different editor and check if issue persists?
