problem finding menu item to display

    I installed the plugin, created a test menu items etc. set up a page with the shortcode .

    When i click on the menu item, I got an error message saying:

    OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.
    It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

    Please help me fix this problem.

    i found out what happened.

    my menu item is in chinese. how come wordpress doesn’t recognize the chinese characters in the post url?

    i am running wp 4.9.2

    i never had that problem using chinese post titles..

    please help me.

    Hi @simonsitto,
    I’ve just named one of menu items in Chinese and that worked perfectly on my local server. Could you clarify if it is the same for all menu items or you have an issue with only certain one?
    Also do you have other post types URLs with Chinese characters? Could you email us at motopressapp [at] gmail . com?
