    Hi,

So I recently installed GiveWP plugin but the form doesn’t load – the button turns indefinitely (your demo page is working for me).

I have updated to the latest plugin version.

I read all documentations including the installation of replacement plugin from http to https but still doesn’t work.

  • Can you reply with the exact URL of the page with the form on it?

Nevermind, I can see you changed the title saying that it is fixed.

@niron could you please tell me how you fixed your issue? I am having the same problem and can’t figure it out.

    Thanks!

@pepperup02 Yes, one of the many reasons that causes this problem is the url transition from http address to https. Because many people already installed their websites based on http protocol and later on installed SSL and/or switched to Https addresses, their websites contained what Give is calling a “mixed content” data. To solve this problem I have taken the following steps:

I first installed a plugin they recommended in their docs called “Better Search Replace” – This tool allows you to search and replace text in your database, so it replaces for example your meta posts from http to https. Follow their docs to read the instructions.

But running the tool wasn’t enough, so I just simply turned off the SSL mode, switching back again to the basic Http protocol. Then, I turned the SSL mode on again and it immediately showed up without any problem.

    Hope it helped.
