problem formatting csv file + special character

    Hi,

    If someone speaks French, I’m not against it.

    Problem 1:

    in my form, I use an excel file to see the answers of users, this file is sent by email, my problem is that this file is unreadable, I can not read the answers because all the words are all grouped between them, there is no formatting, no space.

    How to solve this problem ?

    Problem 2:

    Some characters are unreadable, there are strange letters (like for example ?? ), I think there is a problem with character encoding
