Problem from trying to move my blog!

Hi,
I was in the user admin, and wanted to change the address of my blog from jebaloo.com/blog to just jebaloo.com. I used the second box (the one which said to use if you wanted to change address of blog) in the general tab (I think), and deleted the /blog off the end.
Then when I tried to load my blog at that new address it didn’t work. Neither does it (or the admin panels) work at the old address.
To fix it I tried to move all of the files from the /blog/ folder on my site just into the main folder so that it should load when someone types jebaloo.com but it doesn’t seem to have fixed it, so I’ve moved it all back.All very disasterous and I had literally ‘just’ finished setting it up after weeks or work, and was ready to put it on my main page in place of my old site, when this happened!
