    Hi,

I seem to be getting this error on the donations page of our site.

“A problem has occurred with the connection between this site and PayPal, preventing donations. Please contact site administrators if reloading the page does not fix the issue. This is usually the result of some JavaScript conflict on the page.”

When I open the inspect tool this is the error I receive in the console area
Error: Invalid query value for currency: ZAR (debug id: f872649add67a)

We have another payment gateway setup and working without error.

    Will gladly appreciate the assistance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @quandigitalbriefcase45.

?Glad you reached out. I can clarify here.

I’ve identified the issue – ZAR (South African Rand) is not supported by PayPal, and unfortunately, this is a limitation on their side. Understanding the importance of having a working payment gateway, I’d recommend considering an alternative. In my experience, Stripe is a reliable option that might suit your needs.

?Please let us know if you have further questions or need additional assistance!

    Thank you for your response.

I will have to ask PayPal themselves if they have another reason why the currency is not being accepted even though they do say they accept the currency on their website.

Thank you again for your response.
