problem image after update

1 – when i want to go in admin to WPP its very long and some time broken connexion – when i arrive its too long for changing page (parameter tool statistic)

The Stats section loads normally for me (and surely for other users as well, otherwise I’m guessing there would be more reports about this problem by now.)

Try using a different browser and see if it makes any difference. If not, you’ll need to do some more debugging (check your browser’s console and see if there are any related errors, for example) to find out what’s going on so I can help.

2 – in some page …the shortcode wpp don’t show the thumbnails or sometime one and not other

3 – sometime the thumbnails are show in frontend and not in backend with elementor builder

I checked the URL you shared. I’m guessing you’re talking about the “Top hebdo” section on the sidebar, correct? On four different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer 11, all on Windows 10) the WPP shortcode loaded normally, including the thumbnails. Does this issue happen with a specific browser/operative system?

Alternatively, you can also just deactivate the new Lazy Loading feature via Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools under Thumbnails.

in edge is ok for the post page
i use chrome…its not ok ….but i see one very lastest update 78.0.3904.87
and after is ok

for the admin….after i remove lazyload in option and now it’s ok

for the longer to charge WPP in admin… is okay if as default is (taoday 7 30°
but is longer for the CUSTOM as a default
example 360 days – 1 315 714 views / 303 comments
you check : custom as defaut
you exit : ok
you want come back in admin wpp….is longer

Ah, retrieving almost a year of data can of course take a while – especially if your site has been getting a lot of views during all that time.

I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do to improve the loading times of the Statistics chart when selecting such a large time range but I’ll do some testings and see if anything pops up.

Maybe if we go out of the admin of wpp? if we come back that it is automatically by default “today”
or change the place of the tabs and the first tab is tools

Yes, that’s the intended behavior.

Most people will prefer having the Stats tab displayed first (me included) so I’m not going to do that, sorry.

I’m marking this as resolved as the original issue (images not loading) has been -pardon the redundancy- resolved. This doesn’t mean I won’t look into the Stats section issue you reported though (it loading slowly sometimes), I’ll run some tests as soon as I can.
