Problem Importing into Media Library

Have been using WP Pixabay for some time without a hitch – great plugin. Today when trying to insert a featured image into a post, it gets to the point where it shows the featured image in the admin window box, but then when I hit update to save the post, the image goes away and becomes a broken image symbol. When I click that to go to the editor it shows that file with its name (like the earlier long names of Pixabay files) but only shows it as 1k and no image is shown – it is as if for some reason the file didn’t get imported into the media library correctly – it started, but then did not finish. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you for a great plugin.
