Problem importing mass users using CSV file

  • My client needs to import a mass amount of users to their wordpress.

    I’m using the plugin “Import Users from CSV”.

    But even just importing the test “import.csv” the plugin provides, it doesn’t show in my user, despite it saying it uploaded successfully.

    I’ve checked to make sure my client’s wordpress has the same roles as what is in the test “import.csv”, and it does.

    So I’m not too sure where to go next with having the users properly imported, viewable and log in-able.
