Hi when I try to submit my feed https://www.fierita.com/feed/noesnada/ to Ivoox it assumes that it′s the same podcast as the one on my first podcast channel https://www.fierita.com/feed/podcast/

Also I see that on /noesnada feed there is some artwork from the other podcast included (and on my control panel as well).

In the Podcast Channels menu under PowerPress in the sidebar, you will find your second channel (along with the default channel).

Edit the settings for the 2nd channel in it’s settings in that menu.

Ignore the Episode count and artwork preview in the Welcome screen of the settings. It will always show your 1st channel (the defailt podcast)

Hi Mike, I know how to access settings for my 2nd channel, what I don’t understand is what should I edit. In fact I added it seamlessly to Spotify and Apple Podcasts, the problem is with ivoox that doesn’t “see” my second channel when I enter the 2nd channel URL feed. Thanks a lot.

Sorry, Missed that part. What is “ivoox”? I’m not sure what that is so I don’t know how that works.

I validated both feeds, they are definitely uniquely different. I would contact the service to see if they are matching based on domain name instead of the feed URL.
