Problem Importing Settings In Local Environment

Many thanks for this plugin. It does exactly what is was design to do.

I always work on my site in a local environment before making it live.

I was able to export the settings successfully, but could not import the settings.

I am sure this have to with localhost.

Does the developer mind providing a fix to let the import settings work in a localhost environment?

Would be helpful.
