Problem in auto thumbnail creation

    Do you have FFMPEG installed on your server and have you configured the plugin to automatically generate thumbnails in the FFMPEG Settings tab of the plugin settings page?

    I found the issue, FFMPEG was not installed in server, thanks for your help
