Problem in backend

Hi,
I use normally Events Manager as admin in backend and as user (subscriber, author, editor) in fronted.
I want give the chance to Editor to editing and publishing in backend, but the plugin don’t “see” the permissions assigned in in “option events manager”.
May you help me?
