Problem in Emmet Lite theme

Hi guys…
I have a problem with knowledgebase plugin.
I use Emmet Lite theme and this theme have some page templates. One of this have a image in header (page with header image) but when i choose this in the help page (knowledgepage) this image do not appear.
can some one help to fix this
