Problem in finding images in NextGen Gallery in big galleries

Any idea? Any help?
Is there any plugin that changes the way of showing a gallery images in the Add an Image -> NextGen Gallery dialog?
I waste 3 min every time I add a new post.
I have a music magazine and I add approximately 5 posts everyday and finding suitable images bothers me. I have to search between paginations and some times I have page 5 or 6 pages.
Please help.

yes, issue for me as well. But I don’t get as many choices, only about 20 of the last pics posted.

Someone please help.
I’m thinking of using another gallery management plugin instead of NGG, just because of this big problem.
Have anybody any plugin suggestion?

About what solution are you thinking ? Search for it after a name or a tag ?

My problem is wasting so many time every day finding appropriate picture in this 18 pages. (Some galleries have more pages)
Is there any way to change this pagination system?
For example showing 20 or 30 pictures in every page? Or show all the page numbers, not like this: 1 2 3 … 18 ? Or show alphabet characters instead of page numbers?
Or maybe you have a new way to do this not like these examples.

All this methods help finding suitable image faster and faster.

Is there any solution?
