PROBLEM IN IMAGE SIZES

Everything was fine until I saved without touching anything to see what the configuration was like, and then the thumbnails changed. I have put in options 500×500 and ignore, how can I fix it?. Also when opening a photo, it comes out very large, and takes up more than the screen. How do I solve this?
