Problem in installation step 2, "Table doesn't exist"

  • repair shows –

    wp_comments: Table ‘wpadmin.wp_comments’ doesn’t exist
    wp_links: Table ‘wpadmin.wp_links’ doesn’t exist
    wp_options: Table ‘wpadmin.wp_options’ doesn’t exist
    wp_postmeta: Table ‘wpadmin.wp_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
    wp_terms: Table ‘wpadmin.wp_terms’ doesn’t exist
    wp_term_taxonomy: Table ‘wpadmin.wp_term_taxonomy’ doesn’t exist
    wp_term_relationships: Table ‘wpadmin.wp_term_relationships’ doesn’t exist
    wp_commentmeta: Table ‘wpadmin.wp_commentmeta’ doesn’t exist

  • Are you using a fresh, empty, database?

    What did you do to need to repair the Installation?

    Try Logging in to phpMyAdmin and repairing the SQL Database which your installation is using.

    If its a new Installation, Drop all the Tables in phpMyAdmin and install again.
