Problem in Loading Website

  • Hello all
    Recently i have added my website https://www.shraddhamedident.com/
    i have added a horizontal menu but when website opens it is showing a dropdown option to open the pages.

    When you select one of the options from the dropdown you will get the result in horizontal menu.

    Can someone explain the what is this.
