Problem in posts

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with this plugin.
The plugin works fine on all pages of the blog less on the blog. The author’s text box does not appear in any post. But in the post preview works fine. What could be the problem?
I have a professional theme (sterling), can there be any conflict with the theme or with some other plugin?
