Problem installing
-
Hi All,
I have a couple of problems with the plugin, here is the story:
I had the plugin installed, but ran out of server space on my site while making a backup and aborted it in the middle of the process. Next I deactivated and deleted the plugin.
In my cpanel however i still see that my site uses about 122MB more then what my site should be using (which is roughly that size) so my guess is that somewhere these 122MB should be stored, i can not however find these files anywhere, and my server guy tells me the tmp folder in which they are supposed to be stored is emptied every 24h. The 24h have passed by now, and the surplus of filesize is still there…Then also when i try to reinstall the plugin i get the error:
Can not copy file *********/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/sdk/OpenCloud/OpenCloud/Base/Exceptions/ImageError.php
then however i go to the pluginpage and the plugin is there, i activate it, and then click on new job, and get the following error:
Warning: require(********/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/../sdk/OpenCloud/php-opencloud.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /********/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/class-destination-rsc.php on line 10
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘********/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/../sdk/OpenCloud/php-opencloud.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/********/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/sdk/PEAR/’) in /********/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/class-destination-rsc.php on line 10
If anybody got a solution where this 122MB went, and how to get the plugin back up I ‘d really appreciate it,
A.
