Problem installing instantwp with hindi language post

  • Hi everyone
    My website is ahwanmag.com which is in hindi. Using duplicator plugin I imported this file on local PC and then installed using Instant wp. But in place of hindi text it is showing ????. So tried two methods suggested by someone. These methods are in

    but still the same problem is persisting. Then I did a small change in second method of this person and added .mo file for hindi in wpcontent/languages folder but still the same problem.

    Can anybody suggest a proper solution for this.
