Problem installing theme

  • Hey community,

    i’am new here and I have a problem. I brought a template from https://www.themeforest.net and now I’am getting an error by editing the template.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::add_help_tab() in /mnt/webi/a1/30/53415230/htdocs/WordPress_03/wp-content/themes/vCard/inc/class.nextframwork.php on line 122

    Could you please help me?

  • As it’s a commercial theme from ThemeForest you should check the theme documentation or seek support from the theme author.

    For support on a ThemeForest theme, you should log into your ThemeForest account, go to the author’s profile for the theme you purchased, and contact them using the form provided on their profile page.

    I hope that helps! Also, make sure you’re using the correct version of WordPress that the theme requires.
