Problem Installing with DreamHOst

  • Installed the latest WP on a brand new site through one-click installation on dreamhost. Then I got an email telling me
    1. Please create an admin user at:

    https://www.iplaylottery.com/wp-admin/install.php

    But that link doesn’t work. It just goes to a parked godaddy domain, not any wordpress page.

    Dreamhost says WP was installed correctly, but I can’t access any WP log-in pages or anything. Help?
