• Hello everyone,
I would like to ask for an advice regarding my problem, I am set up my blog and still doing some fancy things on it before I formally launch it. I have a TLD domain and a shared hosting, I purchased my host few days ago and I was able to successfully transfer my blog their (because I installed my blog in a free hosting before I had avail the said shared host). So definitely I have to update my domain’s Name Server to point to the new server, so within the first 24hrs I usually receive a page load error, which I assume as normal because DNS might not have resolved yet. But after 24hrs I still receive error in loading page but sometimes it works but most of the time it shows that error. I contacted my webhost and they said that my website is up and running, but in my computer it seems down. I tried the website which checks if a URL is up and running and the result is postive, my blog is up and running and it is only me who experience that error. I asked my friends to check out my blog and some of them said that they were able to access it while others answered no. I do basic troubleshooting like disconnecting my internet, clearing cache but all are no good, so I searched for any resolution and I found out that by using DNS the problem will be solved, and yes, it works like magic. Now my main problem now is here, I told my writer that she may now start posting new articles, but when she go to my URL, it showed the same error, page could not be loaded. Now I am afraid that once I launch my blog I might not get any visitor because this error may happen randomly, and it will frustrate future visitors and most likely will choose to leave and will never come back. I would like to ask for any advice if is there any solution I can do using my cPanel? I tried searching the internet but I don’t find any answer. I also escalated this issue to my host but they do not reply yet so I decided to solve this by myself. If you have an idea, please share it to me. Thank you and more power!

Flush DNS and clear your browser cache and cookies

Yes, I’ve done that sir, and I had resolved the issue that pertains to my computer using a DNS in my Local and Wireless network adapter, my concern now is my future visitors, how will I know that page load error will not happen to my visitors? Because I find out that some of ISP here in my country doesn’t fetch the data on my website, and also I had submitted my URL to a search engine, but one of them said that my URL cannot be found.
