    Hello! I’m having an issue with Instagram. When I click on a tagged product on my Instagram (@fordmillinery) or the link in bio, it pulls up an in app browser with my home page but when I add a product to the cart on that webpage, it does not add that item to the cart. I hit add to cart and it shows a successful “added to cart” message but then when I click on the view cart button, the cart is empty. Can anyone help with this?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I was also having the same problem with WooCommerce and Instagram. The solution I found to this problem was first making sure that you aren’t caching the the core WooCommerce pages (https://www.keycdn.com/support/setting-up-woocommerce-cache). My website is being hosted on WPEngine and I was able to get the issue resolved after disabling redirect bots.

    Hi there,

    There are no recent responses to this thread so I’ll mark this as resolved. Please feel free to open a new thread if you have any further questions.

    This didn’t fix my problem.

    We use wpengine as our hosting and had to ask them to not cache our landing page and all product pages, we also using WP Rocket and excluded our landing page and all product pages from their caching. This worked for us.

    this fixed it thanks @alakart

    I have this issue as well. I talked to wpengine and helped me with it. They added a rule that allowed the instagram useragent to be passed through

    if ($http_user_agent ~* “instagram”) { break; }
