Problem of semi blank title with WordPress SEO & BuddyPress

Hello,

I’ve a problem in my website that engages BuddyPress & WordPress SEO.
Actually, I have semi blank <title> in my BuddyPress pages: I just have “- Website name”. (In BuddyPress, we can’t really have access to its pages so we can’t force the title.)
A BuddyPress developer told me that encapsulating the wpseo_title filter in a class would resolve the problem.
He suggests doing that: apply_filters('wpseo_title',$title,$original_title,$separator,$separator_location)

What do you think?
Can you solve that problem?

Otherwise, I would change my SEO plugin but I prefer not. (No problem with “All in one SEO pack” for example)
