    Hello,

While on the desktop version of my page everything seems to be working, I do get reloads after the second slide and then an error message that the site did encounter too many issues!?

Do you have the same for my site? What is the issue? Without the slider there are no such problems.

    Many thanks for help.

    Cheers
    Yogie

    Hi @yogieanamcara ,

we are glad you use our slider. We checked your page on your desktop and mobile. We have also noticed that there are several terrorists on your website that are not related to our slider, but unfortunately since they happen, they can cause a plugin not to display properly, and in this case this may affect our slider.

We tested on mobile the same errors also appear, and since mobile versions have less tolerance for errors on the website it is possible that something like what happens to you on mobile will happen sooner.

We suggest that you fix scripts or plugins that cause errors, and then try to open a website with our slider, we guarantee that everything will work properly.

Contact us after you fix the errors on your site, and we will also make it easier for us to test in more detail if necessary.

Below we send errors from your site to help you troubleshoot more easily:

    Hello @dkurecki,

Many thanks for your reply. I was able to remove some issues and now just can see one leaflet warning. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the source and fix this. However, I still have the same issues, after loading the second slider my mobile browser reports the error and halts the site.

    Any idea?

    Many thanks again.

    Cheers

    Hello @dkurecki,

the picture of this error changed a little, as the crash or issue is delayed and you would have to wait for a few slide changes until it is coming.

    Cheers

    Hi,
apologies for the long wait for our response. I checked your website that you listed https://floorznmoreservices.com/
I noticed that there is an error on your page regarding the video you use in our slider, here you can see what it is about

    https://i.ibb.co/fSnbTPk/Screen-Shot-2021-01-05-at-11-57-25-AM.png

So the video you use in our slider https://floorznmoreservices.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Floorz-N-More-6-2.mp4
you are on the https protocol, while you want to use it on the slider used on your homepage located on the http protocol. This violates the CORS policy that the internet browser blocks. To solve this problem you need to upload the video to the http protocol as well or have your site be on the https protocol. Basically they have to be the same protocols.

As for this problem it is not specifically related to mobile. Because at the moment, the slider doesn’t even work on the desktop in our tests, and some mobile devices ignore the CORS policy, so they will still show you the video you are using on another protocol.

We wish you a pleasant rest of the day.

    Okay, thank you.

One more question: what are the steps to upload to the WordPress http protoco?

    Hi @lenci93 ,

unfortunately, the issue as such is not related to our plugin or problem around the plugin. You will have to find the answer somewhere else.

But what we can advise you if you have the option of SSL and your website supports https, you can simply set your website to be under the https protocol, and in that case, everything about the slider will work for you.
You can easily set it up via this simple plugin:

More than that is not in our domain of help.

We wish you a pleasant rest of the day.
