Problem on multiple options

  • We have set a free shipping for 98% of my clients products (just a couple of categories are out) and for 1 country only.
    Seems to be correctly set, but 2 clients out of the listed countries gets the free shipping.
    Anyone has hints?

    Hi Giancarlo,

    Posting screenshots of your setup/checkout would be helpful to see whats going on and understand what isn’t working as expected.
