Problem on posting page

  • Hi
    I created a role (author) on my website
    When a writer wants to post a new post with New WordPress Editor (Gothenburg), he will encounter a white page.

    This problem is only for the role of the author and this problem is resolved when I change the role of the author to the editor or contributor or general manager.

    How is the problem resolved?
