How can be limit to show contact bar only on pc ?
Which code to put where ?

For now you can use following CSS to limit WP Contact Slider just to PC.

@media (max-width: 1024px) {
                    .wpcs-slide-out-div {
                        display: none !important;
                    }
                }

Add this snippet in your child theme’s style.css and you are done.
