Problem only in one language WPML

    Hi,

    In our site we have 4 languages switch. For Admin user is working everything as expeted, but only in one language (german), users can’t login (password incorrect).

    If the user is logged, if he switch to german language user see “restricted content” page (it seems like user is logged out), but then if I switch to englis for example, I can see the full site correctly.

    Other 3 languages works fine. The problem is only with german version.

    Where is the option to define permissions by languages?

    I’m not using other access plugins, as Toolset Access or similar, so I don’t understand why german has different access configuration.

    Did you have some cache on your site (plugin or server cache)?

    Hi,

    No, we don’t have any cache. It happens only with some users, other users can access to german language.

    I tried to delete one of this users, and then I registered it again with same email and password, and now it can access to the german site.

    Any idea how to fix it with other users without deleting them?

    Look at the usermeta table if you have any differences between these users for the meta values of locale and languages that may explain the difficulties with the German language.
