    Hi Angela,

It sounds like the WooCommerce functionality works, but the struggle is with the WPML added features. In that case, reach out to the WPML developers, or their support forums, for help with the WPML-related features.

    Hi EstofWest grazie,
actually disabling WPML the problem persists.
Even before wpml the add to cart didn’t work and the check out page
    I believe it is a jquery ….

By installing Wpml instead the English language worked. Absurd…

    Hey @angela80

If the problem still appears with WPML disabled, it’s possible that it may be caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly another third-party plugin (I suspect there’s an issue with the theme). I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
    – Temporarily switch your theme back to a default?theme, such as Storefront.
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    – Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.

    Hello to all,
we solved the problem was an index.html (page under construction) in the main root that had priority and interfered with the wordpress index.php, so it worked with the English language and not with the Italian that was in the root.
Anyway, after removing the index.html, it worked.

Thanks to all, I hope this solution can be of help to others.

    Hi Angela,

I’m glad to hear you solved this, and thank you very much for returning to the thread to add the solution that worked for you in the end – it’s greatly appreciated.

On that note, I’ll close this thread. If you have more questions though, please do open a new one.
