Problem: Permanent links Pages and Postname

I have different pages on my wordpress website like: Home, Blog, Portfolio and so on..

I would like to show the pagename and the postname in the link

like this:
https://www.example.com/blog/postname
or
https://www.example.com/portfolio/postname

I have tried setting up a custom permanent link with:
/%pagename%/%postname%/

But if I do this all I end up with is:

https://www.example.com/postname/postname

can somebody help me with this?
