  • Hello,

Can you please describe the process or steps made in order to receive this error?

Can you please recheck the instructions that are in our documentation to disconnect the Facebook for WooCommerce app from your site?

Can you provide a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. For privacy reasons, you can send it via https://gist.github.com/ you can change/remove your site URL in the report.

Can you confirm you have the owner/admin permissions to the Facebook Business account?

We’ll look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi @adhamammar3,

It seems that you’re affected by this bug – https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148.

It is still being looked at, but currently, our developers have offered this workaround: disconnect the WooCommerce integration app on Facebook and then reconnect it – https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148#issuecomment-1134605655.

Could you try this and let us know how it goes?

    Thanks.

    Not Working
I’ve been trying for a long time – can you log in to the control panel and look at the error?
Or enter with me to share a screen

We do not have login credentials here at Forums, this is according to the forum’s guidelines. However, you can provide the site’s System Status as requested earlier and some screenshots to help understand your issue? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks!
